We live in an alcohol saturated culture. We are taught by our parents from as young as babies and by society that alcohol is the ‘elixir of life’. Alcohol is the only drug you have to justify not taking, when you think about it, this is crazy!

Know it is possible to stop. I’ve done it myself and I love it. I’m so much happier! No more noise in my head about trying to do moderation, being mad at myself, embarrassment or regret. It really is freedom and with my help, you can have it too.
