Counsellor or Health Coach? Well, I’m a hybrid of both! I’ve taken what I feel are the most useful bits of both and offer a hybrid style of personal coaching.

There is benefit in the client-led approach many counsellors and coaches take but some clients come out feeling like they need a more directive approach rather than having to come up with all the answers themselves.

It is also much easier to make lasting change when you understand your internal body processes so you can work with your body rather than against it. No matter what is happening for you we try to identify the root cause/s and work on them. These often include stress, unprocessed emotions and/or unhelpful thinking or beliefs. I get you reacquainted with your body and help you understand the language it speaks.

I provide you with knowledge around the mechanisms behind what is going on for you, strategies to put in place to start healing and growing, hold you accountable and continuously work to overcome barriers to success.

1:1 Coaching


Reaching out to work with a counsellor or coach can be daunting. It’s normal to feel nervous about sharing such personal stuff with a stranger but I won’t feel like a stranger for long. I’m super friendly and have had a lot of life experience so there is nothing you can tell me that will shock me. It’s a completely non-judgemental safe space. You will look forward to our sessions and learn so much about health and yourself.

We would usually work together 12 weeks, either online or face to face (if you live in Sydney) or a mixture of both. To make sure I can help you and that we connect, book in a free 30 min chat and we can go from there.

Counselling Approach


I believe that my clients have the desire and the capacity to grow towards fulfilling their true potential and that they are the experts on their own lives. Our work together will help you understand yourself more fully, find your own ideas and answers and help you develop skills and strategies to help you make positive changes. With greater self-awareness and trust in yourself you will be able to make constructive life changes leading to a more satisfying and meaningful life.

I have an eclectic counselling approach which means that I draw from a variety of counselling disciplines and may use a range of evidence based methods to determine the best combination of therapeutic tools to help you.

I am a qualified counsellor and am accredited with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) however if you have needs beyond my practice scope I will endeavour to help you identify appropriate referral options.

Health Coaching


The role of a Health Coach is to improve health literacy and to help people make positive & healthful lifestyle change. This includes providing general health information about exercise, sleep, nutrition, regular medical check-ups as well as ways to prevent or mitigate common risk factors for disease.

Your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through. As with any health-related service, results will vary and will be based on many variables including but not limited to your individual capacity, life experience, unique health and genetic profile, starting point and level of commitment. For these reasons we cannot and do not guarantee that you will attain a particular result.
